Group Tour Info

As of June 2022, all KSE Venue Tours at Ball Arena have been suspended until further notice. Please stay tuned to our website for more information. If you have any additional questions please email us directly at KSEVenueTours@TeamKSE.com

For groups of 10 or more, Group Tour Reservations are required. This Ball Arena walking tour lasts approximately 90 minutes.

Reserve Group Tour

Reservations must be made at least 2 weeks in advance for groups of 10 or more. To book a reservation for your group, please call 303.405.8556. Groups can book up to 90 days in advance. A tour guide fee will be assessed for no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours. Groups who arrive with significantly less members than originally booked may also be subject to a fee. Group tours can be booked on a non-tour day for an additional fee.

Arriving for your tour

*Please bring a student or group roster list to expedite check-in.*
Park in Camry South Lot for all tours (west side of the arena).
Bus Parking – Guest can be dropped off in loading zone and busses can enter at 12^th to park in Prius lot.
Enter through main entrance.
Check in with Tour Guide at the Security Desk.
Purchase your tour tickets with the Tour Guide at the Tour Kiosk.
All guests 18 and over must present a valid government issued ID.
Small cameras are allowed, however, NO video cameras or recording devices are permitted.
All bags and backpacks are subject to search upon entering the venue.
Due to enhanced security policies, all tour guests will be required to pass through walk through metal detectors.

All sites on the tour are subject to current availability.
All dates and times may be subject to change without notice.
Tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
All tours are wheelchair accessible however wheelchairs and strollers are not available to rent.
For Guests needing interpreting services, please call 303.405.8556. (We require notice of at least 3 business days for tours requesting interpreting services.)
The Ball Arena reserves the right to cancel all or part of a tour.
Note: Due to the frequent changing of the arena floor, Ball Arena will look differently depending on the upcoming event.
Notice: All persons specifically consent to and are required to sign in and wear a certified credential prior to entry. Any person or property that could affect the safety of Ball Arena occupants/property will be denied entry.
