During the months of July and August 2023, RTD will offer zero fares across our entire system as part of the Zero Fare for Better Air initiative. The Regional Transportation District (RTD) is the public bus and light rail system for the Denver Metropolitan area.

All RTD buses and rail vehicles are accessible for mobility aids. Bus and rail operators are trained to assist passengers with disabilities boarding or exiting the vehicle. More information is available HERE.

- MallRide
- The MallRide provides FREE shuttle service on the 16th Street Mall. The Mall extends approximately two miles and accesses both northbound and southbound light rail service at Union Station and the 16th Street Mall.
- *Please note, due to ongoing reconstruction on 16th Street Mall, MallRide vehicles are currently operating on 15th and 17th Streets.

Bike Trails
Ball Arena is accessible by the multi-use Cherry Creek Trail, and shared-use sidewalk on Auraria Parkway. CLICK HERE To view Denver’s Bike Map.
Bicycle Parking
There are three bicycle racks located on Ball Arena grounds: one outside the East Atrium, one outside the Grand Atrium and one in Toyota 4Runner Lot South.

Rideshare Pickup Zone
Rideshare drop-off and pick-up available along Auraria Parkway between 9th and 11th Street ONLY.
ADA/Accessible Rideshare drop-off and pick-up available at the roundabout on 9th Street.
