Keirstin Beck is a thoughtful leader who loves a challenge and working in a team environment. She spent much of her professional career serving as a legal advisor and counselor to numerous businesses in private legal practice, typically focusing on transformational development projects, public/private partnership opportunities and complicated financing transactions.

In 2021, she transitioned from private practice to her current role as the EVP, General Counsel for Kroenke Sports and Entertainment in Denver, Colorado (KSE). At KSE, she oversees a legal department that assists various sports, entertainment, media and real estate entities. Keirstin’s passion is providing sound, competent advice that meets her client’s business objectives. Given the fast pace of the changing legal and regulatory landscape, she has leaned into new technologies and rapidly evolving business needs to improve her value to her client and the entities she serves.

Her executive position has expanded her legal bag of tricks to reach far beyond development, real estate, corporate, government relations and finance to include AI, privacy, data management, music rights, trademarks, global partnerships/sponsorships, litigation management, corporate governance and corporate risk. That said, her greatest professional accomplishment was serving as development counsel for both The River Mile and Ball Arena rezoning projects that together will transform Denver’s downtown for generations through the mix of sports, entertainment, business, housing and open spaces.
