MICHELLE DITONDO
Chief Human Resources Officer
Michelle DiTondo is the Chief Human Resources Officer for Kroenke Sports & Entertainment, where she oversees culture and human resources strategy for the organization's employee base.
Michelle brings over 30 years of experience in human resources and organizational transformation. Prior to joining KSE, she served as a Principal Consultant at Avion Consulting, where she partnered with senior leaders on culture transformation, leadership development, and employee engagement.
Before her role at Avion Consulting, Michelle was the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at MGM Resorts International. In this position, she led culture transformation and employee engagement initiatives for the company's 88,000 employees worldwide. She provided thought leadership and collaborated with the C-suite on company-wide strategies focused on culture, operating model development, and overall business improvement.
Before joining MGM Resorts, Michelle held various HR leadership roles, including Vice President of Human Resources at Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino and New York-New York Hotel & Casino. She also served as Vice President of Human Resources for Flamingo and Harrah's Las Vegas under Harrah's/Caesars Entertainment.
Earlier in her career, Michelle was a Partner at the Leadership Research Institute, providing organizational effectiveness consulting for numerous Fortune 100 companies. She also held HR leadership positions at the Army & Air Force Exchange Service, American Express, and First Security Corporation.
Michelle holds a Bachelor of Arts in Education from Arizona State University and an MBA from Brigham Young University.
