- Diaper bags and medical bags in a bag appropriate to the size of the medical supplies needed (no larger than 14”x14”x6”) are permitted after proper inspection. All guests entering with medical or diaper bags should enter via the VIP/ADA Door #1 at either the Grand or East Atrium entrances for x-ray screening. Security will be present at venue entrances to facilitate screening of these bags and medically necessary items.
- Diaper bags and medical bags and supplies must be kept with you at your seats at all times.

- Bag Check with Binbox Lockers
- Located near the Infinity Sculpture and the Spires in the Grand Atrium (main entrance) Plaza. Pricing starts at $12 per checked bag which is non-refundable. Debit/credit and mobile payment, such as Apple or Google Pay, are acceptable forms of payment. No cash will be accepted. Ball Arena has a “No Re-Entry” policy for all events and bags stored in the lockers will not be accessible during the event. Bag check opens 30 minutes prior to general doors and closes 1-hour post-event. Bags remaining after that time will be brought to Lost & Found.
- Ball Arena, KSE, and its subsidiaries are not responsible for lost, stolen, broken or damaged items checked in to the Binbox lockers.
